Q: I didn't receive my instant download product, what do I do?
A: After your payment is processed through paypal you will be redirected to our site where you can download your product, if for whatever reason you were not redirected you can always return to the site, log in, click "My Account", view your order, then download. If you continue to have issues downloading please contact us.

Q: What do I do if after I checkout successfully and do not see the downloads I ordered on the following page?
A: Please try clicking the "My Account" link and selecting your order, this should fix the problem, if you are still having trouble please contact us.
